CUSTOMER SERVICE - customer service

I was on the phone 45 minutes trying to get someone to answer the phone in the Dalton, Georgia Walnut Square Mall.
I just wanted to talk to the store manager and Andrew in the Appliance Department said that they had no store manager and that I had to answer all his questions first before he would even past me thru to ANYONE!

Nice customer service!
