Sears exceptional employee - hot water heate

I went to the Olathe, KS Sears store and was assisted by Charles Joshua in the appliance department. I had an unusual situation as I was shopping for delivery of a product to a Sears store in Newnan, GA. Because it was a "hometown" Sears store, it was not possible to order directly from the Olathe store. Mr. Joshua suggested I contact the Newnan, GA store directly for a phone order even though it meant he lost the sale and the commission. However, Sears gained a customer as a result. Exceptional service! What a welcome change in experience from how many big box stores operate.
