Will not see a $50 refund gets refunded, basically denying customer service

Ordered off of their website. They did not send item in a timely manner, and I requested order canceled and refunded. The refund never posted, and they will not see that it gets refunded. The customer service and supervisor both deny to refund the amount that was charged. They will neither call the banking institution (planetnatural demands they are contacted by the bank) although they are the merchant who is still holding the funds. They will not supply professional customer service and still have not addressed the issue of unreturned $49.95 for an item I did not receive.
