Butler PA Staff Would Not Use Forklift for Board Pallet

I went today, 8/22, to Home Depot in Butler, PA, to get 1/2" Hardybacker board, 30 pieces, weighing approximately 320 lbs. A whole pallet. They did not want to use a forklift to load it onto a commercial trailer I brought. They said I had to pay for it first and then would only take it to the register. I also had no help picking out special order tile. The Home Depot crew just looked at me like I was bothering them.

I then went to Lowe's and made my purchase ($2758.00) with friendly staff who loaded everything up with a smile.
