Nasty Not Niceness in Butler Pa

Went today 8/22 To Home Depot in Butler PA to get 1/2" Hardybacker Board, 30 pieces. Weight about 320 lbs approx. A hole pallet. They didnt wont to use a fork lift to load it up on a Commercial trailer I brought. They said I had to pay for it first and then would only take it to the register. Also had no help picking out special order tile. The Home Depot crew just looked at me like I was bothering them. I then went to Lowes and Made my purchace ($2758.00) with freindly staff who loaded everything up with a smile.
