Poor instalation of tile product

Basically, like the other reports state, they use unprofessional installers who are subcontracted. They have no intentions of resolving any problems after the sale. I would not use these guys for anything. Signed a homeowner who has problems and myonly choice is to turn the matter over to an Attorney.
