Lumpy mattress - Mattress and box springs

My husband and I purchased a mattress set within 7 months it was saggine, we called sears they finally replaced the matttress. We had to travel over 2 hours to pick it up. We set it up and imagine 5 months later same problem. It has been a year with no results from Sears. WE keep getting the run around even though the warranty is for 10 years, When we checked the slip the mattress we received was not the one we purchased. I am so frustrated but I will not give up until this saggy, lumpy mattress is replaced
