Also located at billing at po box 747061 did not deliver what they charged for, shut off tank when I refused to pay inflated bill for undelivered gas and added surcharge

This company Surban Propane, delivers irregularly, but sometime July, August or Sept to fill my proipane tank which is used only for a gas stove.
The maximum usage for the last 10 years has been 39.& gallons, even when other members were her.
However, in 2009 my usage, according to this company was 47.5 between July 09 and mar 09 and then reported refilling 16 gallons in Oct 09 that I didn't need
They did a leak test and found no leaks.
Where is MY GAS?
In Feb 10010 they surgarged an extra $72 fee, because I didn't pay the exact amount for wich I was being overcaharged-Go figure!!!
At this time I believe I have beeen robbed, conservatively of a minimun of 22 gallons, probably more. The usage they are declaring is almost double of usage in the last 10 years, and there is NO CHANGE HERE!
