Claims of Outrageous water usage and threats of turn off

I have a few small trailers on my property, that is serviced by Aqua. The company before Aqua, Texas American Water, had my monthly average usage between 30 to 65 thousand gallons. The moment Aqua took over and changed the meter, my average bill has gone up to over 225 thousand gallons monthly. When I called Aqua for clarity, they said that there must be a water leak. I have been over the property with plumbers many times, still cant find any leak. I waited for two days for an Aqua rep to meet and go around the property. They never called or show up. How can it be possible, that a water leak would raise up your water usage more than three times your average usage, yet the leak is impossible to find. This type of leak would be flooding my land. This company needs to be fully investigated for holding innocent customers hostage, with their outrageous charges and threats of shut off. We need to come together and take these abusive practices by Aqua to the highest authorities.
