Cheated by the gas company

In December of I called to tell the Highland Rim Gad, Inc. That I would no longer need the gas tank. I informed them that I had 250 gallons of gas in the tank. The girl said she would have them pick the tank up. They never did! Until 2012 I got a call asking if I needed the tank. I told the girl who called that I had told them in 2004 that I wanted them to pick up the tank. I received no bill, no calls and no tank was picked up for 8 years! I SHOULD NOT HAVE TO PAY TANK RENTAL AND NON-USAGE FEE WHEN THE COMPANY NEGLECTED TO PICK UP THE TANK IN A TIMELY MANNER. Now they are charging me non-usage, tank rental, restocking fee and not giving me fair value for the 250 gallons they took from my property. The employees/management in Manchester have neglected their duties for 8 years and now they demand that I page an unjust amount for their mistake!
