Repair Technician No-Show After Rescheduled Kenmore Refrigerator Appointment

They scheduled appointment for 7/20, and called me to cancel and rescheduled it for 7/21 & between 8 and 12 PM No one showed— No phone call from them!
I made four phone calls to Sears Repair Service & all to no avail. No one cared that I sat here for five hours, waiting for repair man! Your people cared less.
Will get a local repair man, and will also cancel my order for a Kenmore refrigerator. What good is your product if you cannot service them???
