Renting a bounce houce-when he arrived he charged more than he quoted, no refund of deposit

I called jupiter bounce for a birthday party. The man sounded very professional and even quoted me a special price than what i saw online. I should have know that it was too good to be true. He arrived way before the party which was a good thing but charged me a late fee for not being at the set-up place when he's the one that got there before time. He then counted the hour that he arrived as part of the time and demanded that i payed him more money than he quoted me and said the extra money was for tax. He picked up the bounce house before time and didn't refund me for a snow cone machine that i didn't use! The servive was the worst and the price was was a complete rip=off and so was the extra money for tax
