Overcharging - Sears Home Repai

Hi, there

I had this visit from sears guys to have a look at my dryer. Customer care representative told me that they will charge 65 dollars for diagnosing the problem with the Dryer? And the man who came for the repair told me it is 156 dollars. 65 dollars are for the maintainence of the trucks & just for knicking at your door. It is really rude and unprofessional behaviou
