Heil Heat Pump
I will NOT get another Heil

My heat pump was down most of the winter last year. The service tech got it fixed again just before spring. The a/c worked great this summer, but as soon as it got cold enough for the heat, it would not heat again. The service guy replaced a recalled part & it heated for 17 days. I've tried to contact the company, but I have only been able to e-mail them. My service guy can't get any co-operation out of the local rep. Needless to say if I have to replace this unit that is only 3 years old, I will NOT get another Heil.
