Liars, never return phone calls, been three months, not even started on foundation Raleigh

I have waited a long time to have a nice house, It has been my dream. Now, it is a nightmare.

My house started out as a 69,000 house and went to over 100,000. Not knowing how these things work I assumed they were trustworthy. They all were so friendly and so helpful while the selling part was going on. Now we have our house and wont even communicate. The so called Construction manager has never visited our site but we have requested he so on numerous occasins.

There was no grading done just came in and dug the footings and set the house on top of roots and grass. Told us they would clear this AFTER the foundation was put in.

We have had to be our own construction manager. Calling them and telling them what needs to be done. Now three months later we have a house set up on block with no foundation. They finally came and hooked up the water after we called and called them.

I called the customer service advocate or that wouldnt have been done. They have no clue as to go about how to manage construction. Please please take my advice and stay away from Palm Harbor in Raleigh. They are the most unprofessional people I have ever dealt with. They dont know their ass from a hole in the ground. My nerves are shot from dealing with them and I have never been so frustrated in my life
