ReBath Company Took half of our money in May and stated it would be twelve weeks no order till septembe

Rebath came into our home on May 31. They took half of the total amount @ $2000.00 and stated our order would be in in about 12 weeks or the beginning of september. When the middle of september arrived and we had heard nothing we called them and statement was made that our parts were being checked over to make sure everything was here and intact.

Come to find out later the parts were not ordered till September when we called to find out where they were. We told them we did not want there business because of there obvious lack of service and wanted our money back. They had the nerve to offer a 10% discount on the remaining amount. They must think we are idiots.
