This company is a fraud! Thet will tell you anything and everything to get you in their junk homes.in my situtation there is lots of things that went and are wrong with this house. I would do just about anything to get out of this house and the money im paying for this trash. My home is not set right. I didn't get anything with the house that that promised i would get. I didn't get a barn or garage that they said i could get, but yet i'm paying the price for a house that would have one. I had to get a waver for my house to continue to sit where it is because they didn't follow state guidlines. My sewage system is tore up they wont fix i had to do it myself with the help of neighbors. They did even give me decent grass in my yard for god sakes. The list just goes on. If you are reading this and you're smart you will not purchase a home from Palm Harbor..
