Started this process in 2009.. Went to Palm Harbors Homes to try a nd buy a new home. After they showed us some homes they informed us that we would have to go through a credit counseling service and they knew one would could go to which cost us even more money at their request.

Scott then informed us that we could qualify for a used mobile home and gave us a list we could go and see the homes. We finally found one and noticed that there were several issues that needed to be addressed. There was no air conditioner, no electricity hooked up to the home, no septic hooked up, etc. We addressed the issues and Palm Harbor assured us that they would fix the problems.

We assumed they would so we went ahead with the purchase of the house. An inspection got scheduled and we informed Palm Harbor we wanted to be there when it happened.
