My house is a Joke!

Where do I begin my fiance and I looked at several modular homes before we decided on a Palm Harbor Home " The Wilmington" with reduced the 3 bedrooms to 1 with a family room and full basement. After going through months of issues on the financing and closing our house not home was set in July we moved in October we then realized the fire place had been leaking since July causing the gate inside the insert and the hinges on door to rust. Shower in master bath started leaking and dripping onto basement floor when we pulled insulation down looking for leak we discoved many holes in the flooring that were just there for no reason.

I sent letter to President of Co he then sent construction manager and Vice President of Retail for NC to inspect house. We were told house never should have left factory it is not up to code. We are paying for a home inspector to come to house today to see what else is not up to code.By the way you can turn lights off in basement and see daylight all the way around and we have killed 2 snakes that should not have been able to inside basement and with the holes in the flooring they are proably inside my house.

Carpet installed was infested with beetles and worms. These are just a few issues I'm listing I have plenty more if anyone wants to contact me. The bottom line is do not purchase your house or a dog house from palm harbor homes!!
