Bo Concept
Ripoff Charged my credit card and will not povide merchandise or refund

I called Sean at the Bo store in Jacksonville Fl April 18th and placed a phone order for as Inzoni 4 drawer cabinet in wenge. He told me he had this unit in stock and it would ship the next day. My card was charged the next day but the item was NOT SHIPPED AND NO TRACKING INORMATION COULD NE PROVIDED BY SEAN. Three days later he was able to provide tracking for 2 packages that shipped in April 21. I let his delay in shipping go with no complaint. I received a broken box at my doorstep with contents damaged on april 24. There was a bigger box that seemed to never leave jacksonville per FedEx.

I was told by store rep Bobby Honaker to throw the broken damged box in the trash! I did not follow his directions and asked for the store mananger who happened to be Sean. He said there was nothing he could do and was not his problem, it was FedEx problem./ He stated they would put a claim into Fedex to pick up the broken box at my home but the other box with the main parts of the cabinet is still missing. When Bo Concept filed a complaint to fedex they also gave them the wrong address to pick up box! I called Denmark home office and they gave me a contact number for David Most who handles the US sales region and said he would help me in regards to this issue. Mr. Most has not returned any of my 9 calls to his office or cell phone voice mail..

The Bo store in jacksonville will no take any calls form me or my wife either so we have no idea what is going on with this issue. They use caller ID and will not even answer the call so i have left 14 messages to return my calls and I have not received one return call to date.

Bottom line is this:

Bo Concept charged my credit card $742 and 9 days later I have nothing to show for it and they will not return or take my calls to resolve the issue.
