Ripoff non-existant Fedex number, money taken and delay in shipping reported afterwards., New Jersey

It maybe too early but I have paid a total of $89.98 for a $29.99 suede jacket (the balance being shipping costs to the UK). The money was debited on the 12th April. An E Mail was sent to me on 18th April to say that the item was out of stock and not yet shipped. The E Mail on 12th April from them quoted a FedEx tracking number and a ship date of 12th April. I have E Mailed the FedEx number quoted by Just Leather but have not yet received replies. The complaints on your website alerted me to a possible problem. As I say I maybe a bit premature but myself and my family have done a lot of business on the internet and I would hate for one rogue incident to put us off, what to date has been, a great way of shopping. Thanking you in advance.
