Ripoff, ordered an item, it came broken, promiced a return and never did! Internet

I ordered a lg 4gb usb 2.0 flash drive. The item came and it was broken. So i called the company and e-mailed them to see if i can return it for a full refund! They promiced taht they will make an exception and return my money in my credit card. I sent them the item via fedex and the item stayed at the fedex location for 3 days because of huricane wilma. After the huricane i could not find anybory from this company, no e-mails no phone calls no nothing! Until this day i am trying to reach them so i can send them their broken lg 4gb usb 2.0 flash drive and get my $109 back!

To be more convincing in what i am saying i am pasteing you the e-mail conversations i had with people from that company!
