Washer Still Broken After Three Months and Technician Refused Visit

July 27—first attempted repair—multiple repair attempts through today, Oct 05 AND THE WASHER IS STILL NOT WORKING! Much run around, cancelled appts, late, missed work. I have a case # from Sears Customer Solutions 1772842 and all they can offer is another appt. Today, after the 3rd cancellation this week, when I objected to the change in time, the Tech said he had changed his mind and would NOT COME TO THE HOUSE AT ALL AND HE DISCONNECTED. I called Sears Customer Solutions and I was told that the tech said that I used inappropriate language would not come to my house—That is a lie. The person said that another tech said that on the first visit (July 27) I used inappropriate language with him and that I was hostile. I have never met or talked to any of the techs except for Ramiro who hung up on me today. I will write to Sears Corporate, but I have no hope that they will make good on this. After 40 years of being a loyal customer, I will not buy from Sears and I will also contact the Better Business Bureau to file a complaint!
