Sears/A&E Repair Bosch Dishwasher Nightmare - Bosch dishwashe

My 15 month old Bosch Dishwasher broke so I called Sears to repair it. They offered me a repair warranty, saying this would cover all labor and parts for one year. I fell for it. Repair man came on a Friday and diagnosed a bad pump; he ordered the part and said the part would come to us and he would be back the following Tuesday to install. Wrong. They changed our appointment without notifying us to one week later. I found this out the day they were to arrive, after having taken a day off from work. Pump came to our house and I got the next available appointment—10 days from initial visit. Pump installed, same tech as first visit installed and op checked the machine. I told him it did not sound the way it did before it broke, he said it was fixed. We ran a load of dishes when he left and they did not get clean, clearly it was still broken. I called to see if we could get him to return. They said next available appointment would be one week later. After hours on the phone, I finally found someone who got me a tech for the following day. He came and diagnosed a different problem with a different part replacement. He had a hard time getting a simple valve installed, took him about 2 hours. When done, it still didn't sound right to me, and I stated such. He left, telling me he is not closing the ticket out yet as "repaired." We ran another load of dishes—no good, did not clean. I called the Warranty department, thinking that two weeks, four visits, two part replacements and orders, and two failed repairs was enough reason to get my warranty money back. Nope. After an hour on the phone with customer "care" or some similar sounding area, they scheduled me the next day for a third technician.By the way, before scheduling this third tech and 5th visit, she offered me a $30 gift card for my troubles. No wonder Sears is failing.
