Oil Change Not Done After Two Hours, Told Wrench Broke

On Sunday January 20 called for getting oil changed on Toyota Corolla (YR 2009). Additionally wanted wipers replaced since car was in for oil change. After two plus hours at 5:13 PM the told me the could not do this since they broke their wrench. I should have been told immediately upon the break. "It sounded more of we are closing therefore tell customer there is equipment problem. You should have more than one wrench since there are 100,000's toyota's in service. They however did change my wipers. My main reason was for oil change. They made the appointment time. I could have had this done at other company (Competitor). I will not take any car at Sears from this day forward. Very bad service
