I hope Sears goes out of business!

There is no such thing as customer service at Sears. No wonder their stock is falling. I've been trying to resolve my service problem since January. It is the end of May and the ordeal still is not over yet. I'm tired of the running around, all my calls being transferred, being lied to by their reps and service techs that don't know what they are doing. I've sent my complaint to the BBB but Sears is hell bend on fighting me on this even thought their tech was the one that broke my tv. Their own tech confirmed to me that it was the first tech that broke my tv and they are still fighting me. Sears is a thieving and lieing company. I will never shop there again and will tell my story to anyone that will listen. I will write on every website I find. Never shop there.
