Service Department Ripoff

The Wondries Toyota is the closest dealership to me, so I take it there, but each time I take it there for an oil change, they tell me the next oil change will be in 3000 miles, and before I even hit the 3000 mile mark, the performance is visibly slower.

I have taken my vehicle to Toyota in Long Beach and they tell me I only need an oil change every 5000 miles (maybe 7500 according to their website now) and the performance definitely lasts longer. They are more friendly and prompt there too. I have had to wait 30 minutes for someone at Wondries to bring my car around, where they actually called me and told me that the car was ready.

As a separate incident, the person who sold me replacement windshield wipers told me I was buying windshield wipers, but it turned out he sold me inserts. He purposefully misled me.
