Sears Home Delivery Improper Installation - Washing Machine and Drye

Sears charges for a delivery service that is not flexible with delivery times. They want you available all day and give a 2 hour window (without consideration for requests) the night before after 6pm. That is ridiculous! I requested any time except 3pm when I pick my son up and the gave me 2:30-4:30 and would not change the time. After making arrangements the delivery guys came out and improperly installed the dryer causing me to be unable to use it and Sears told me they only come to my are on Thursday so they could try to get me on the list for next week!!!
