Sears home delivery and customer service - washing machine

Please NEVER buy anything from Sears! I had a terrible experience. The man that delivered my washing machine caused a water leak in my laundry room. They did nothing about it. He also ripped up my existing dryer duct and vent. I was unable to use my appliances and water was leaking until I was able to contact a plumber. I waited on hold constantly on the phone, was disconnected multiple times, and given the run around. A different delivery man came the next day to install a new dryer duct and didn't know how to do it! I continuously demanded to speak with a manager, but was never transferred to one after long periods of being on hold. I will never deal with Sears again, nor will anyone in my family or friends. Please beware. Poor, poor service.
