Dell XPS 15: New computer - terrible service

I bought a new XPS 15 laptop computer.
Day 12: hard drive failed and had to be replaced
Day 20 or so: Intenet crashed
Day 21: called Dell "service" 45 minutes later they said it was a sofware issue and would send a tumb drive to reinstall Wondows 7
Day 24: Thumbdrive arrived. Reinstalled Wondows and MANY issues remained
1. Pull down menues would not pull down
2. Log in name usually took3 times to take in email account
3. Business email would only open in basic interface, not complete interface
4.internet still took several times to open and chrashes regularly

I have spent hours and hours on the phone with customer "service"
Even though I have Premium warranty for 4 (!) years, they will not switch this lemon for a new computer. (As if this 2 month old computer is not new...)

DO NOT BUY DELL.
Service and Quality controll on NEW equipment as issues.
