The most inept customer service department that I've ever come across. Dell Computer - 17R special edition

Dell Computer has by far the most inept and apathetic customer service that I've ever encountered. Please for your sake do not even consider them as a source to purchase a computer or any type of electronics. I am not a person who writes reviews/calls customer service. But Dell is so terrible that I feel obligated to let everyone know so they don't make the same mistake that I did. I even sent an email to their CEO, in the hope that maybe he could make a decision. I was passed on the a customer resolution department who assured me they could help me out with anything but the actual issue I was having. I have literally spent over 6 hours in the last two days on the phone with Dell and nothing has been fixed at all. The only reason I don't go into specifics is that there are four separate issues and to describe each one would consume too. Much time. Essentially they fall under the categories of Sales, Customer Service and Technical support. Please do not use them... I ask this again to save you the complete frustration you will encounter after you have dealt with them.
