Where are you Magic JAck

I'm having problems with my Magic Jack. To make matters worse for some reason I can't gt through to their on-line chat for tech support. They don;t have an 800# listed on their site so I don't know how to call them. I get the feeling they're hiding because so many customers are disappointed with their service.
