I have had magic jack for a year and i no longer use it the service is crappy and drops calls and all and then be careful because if you don't want to renew then you are screwed because i didn't give magic jack the OK to renew my magic jack and they took it upon there self to take the money out of my banking account and now i got to wait 24 to 72 hours for a cancellation email and then it takes 5 days to get my refund back i wouldn't recommend magic jack to anyone... They need to go out of business. Then there's no number that you can contact them about its just chat.
