Products do not work wireless, tech support unable to resolve

Bought a wireless photosmart printer D110a sequence; have invested numerous telephone calls with tech-support (all offshore...) to setup the printer to function instant; every time named allocated to average an hour or so using the repetition from tech-support overtaking my pc to 'repair' the issue, it prints wireless to get a morning and then evening it generally does not; this had occurred around 10 occasions since mounted the printer; requested to escalte that they did, when mention with people there they attributed it on my web hookup & lots of additional accusing all-but them; I did notice on talk Websites several people have this problem; described to some function friend and he explained he's exactly the same problem/additionally invested numerous hours on telephone with tech-support and had same encounter where works to get a evening subsequently not; we both are determined to not bother to make use of instant and plug-in a wire: NOT the goal of the purchase; likewise the claims-made about how much their toner cartridges printing x quantity of websites is phony: printer works out method prior to the state; actually had a problem with tech-support reluctant to aid aid having a wireless mouse still in guarantee (less than six months) since their documents suggested was out-of guarantee more than 546 times...
