I never buy an HP product again and everyone I know will not get a good review

This printer operates only if it really wants to and that I realize it's out-of guarantee and undoubtedly that's once the difficulty started. I have mounted and re installed to no avail. It images when it claims printer is disconnected however after I actually need anything published it generally does not function after which the copies may produce times later. I named to protest they deliver me to tech-support and that I get somebody who I can't comprehend plus they cant comprehend me however they sure may sell you the warranty which incidentally far exceeds the cost Of the new printer. As the product was something special that will be today within the garbage I'm harmful to my relative who invested her hard earned cash on the merchandise having a well-known name. I never purchase an HP item again and everybody I understand won't obtain a great evaluation for horsepower products. What actually occurred to customer support?
