Trend Micro continues to be getting me to get a restoration charge that I never desired for nearly annually so far.

The very first one was for $44.95 as the 2nd one was for $ 62.95. I've terminated the charge for this season because it was included in their one month test interval however for the first cost, they'dnot provide me a reimbursement for that. I named every department they've but still no reimbursement, then I examined my charge card record plus they havent returned my the $ 62.95.

I had been truly mad, how do you get my money-back, that is absurd. I never questioned them to cost me within the first-place, today I've to cope with them each day for that. Please enable me.

I named their revenue department and discovered the first-person I spoke to who returned my 2011 renewal charge did not actually stop the auto-renewal. Which was the entire issue within the first-place! The revenue department declined to return my last 2 yrs value of costs and charged me for not studying my charge card claims in a reasonable fashion. Oh I observe, you deliver me numerous emails requesting me to restore my membership so when I actually donot, you cost me anyhow. Why send emails requesting me to restore should you simply restore it-yourself instantly?
