I will never ever buy an HP product again and will never recommend them to anyone

I've had my HP Officejet J4680 for under annually and also have had only issues with it. I had been informed the printer cartridges are poor and have to substitute them, changing them might not repair the problem with my printer. Horsepower won't substitute the printer cartridges. I WOn't invest the extreme amount of cash had a need to substitute them-not understanding when the issue is likely to be solved. I'll NEVER purchase an HP item again and certainly will NEVER suggest them to anybody. I've invested additional time about the telephone with tech-support than I've time for. HP, thanks for nothing.
