Failure to exchange defective Hardware

Couriered a faulty motherboard towards the provider, in November. The panel were - six months old, and it has a 3year waranty. Sybaritic documented back the device were changed from the producer, and couriered the MB back. To my surprize, i obtained the previous faulty panel. I shipped it back again to them, using the knollege they might purchase the replacement component ASAP. Its been 4-month today, with no Motherboard.
