I had purchased a motherboard from these people which claims that it is in good working order. I am trained and fully knowledge about computers and their components. I had this motherboard shipped to me the next day even then they ripped me off $60 for that. When I got the motherboard the plastic cover on the CPU was missing. I never onced replace my current motherboard with this motherboard because I wasn't sure if it was going to work or not. So before I installed anything I wanted to get the motherboard to post to know for sure before I go through all the hassell of replacing it.

Well turns out this shady company sent me a defective part because some of the pins were bent and even one was broken. I got on the phone and talk to some guy, not exactly sure what is name was but it starts with a "B".

Anyways, I told him about the defective part they sent me and he said it was impossible because he checked everything before he had shipped it out. We both agreed to have the part sent back to get our refund and when we ask if we needed an RMA number he said NO. We can only assume that because he said we didn't need an RMA number we shipped it off. They go the board back for several weeks but never refunded our money. Contacted them and they changed their story saying we broke the pins and even if we returned the motherboard we won't get refunded because we didn't get an RMA number.

Needless to say we also complain to the BBB and guess what they changed their story! This time around they said that we dropped the board, broke the pins by accident and that they never received the part back after I gave them the tracking information. Obviously, they are running a shady business since it takes them several and I mean almost a week to respond to anything. Not only that they are compulsive liars! Do not buy from these people and I am going to contact my Credit Card company to get my money back.
