Ripoff abused & mistreated business from hell

I purchased a K7S5A motherboard from the Computer Cafe after a couple of weeks the board went bad and I could not load an operating system on any computer that had the board in it. I tried known good memory, known good video, known good hard drive and known good power supply. I concluded that the problem was with the board.

I took the board back to the computer cafe under warranty for a replacement. The employees took the board to the back room to check the serial number, then they came back and handed me a replacement motherboard.

All was well until two weeks went by and my wife started to get calls from the owner of the Computer Cafe stating that the serial number on the board was wrong and I need to take the computer apart and take the board back. I was working 10 hours a day and did not have the time to do this and besides I was 100% sure that the board was the one that I purchased there, besides his employees confirmed it also when they swapped boards with me.

The owner started harassing my wife and leaving threatening voicemails at my job. He had the Gaul to actually call the police when I honestly did nothing wrong. I finally let my wife take the board back because she was tired of this nutcase calling us. I am still sure that I took in the right board but since I do not write down serial numbers I am at a disadvantage. But as I said before his own employees swapped it out with me. I did not take anything from them at all.
