MicroX Bzboyz partspc tufshop ripoff, misrepresent, mislead, refusal to honor agreement

The computer part i ordered has turned out to be defective, it was a motherboard listed as being fully agp 2.0 compliant but a confirmation from the manufacturer verifies that there IS a problem with that board. And research on the web at serveral industry sites such as intel and other agp compliance authorities also verifies the problem is in the board. I was told by Bzboyz it can only be replaced with the same item (which will also be defective, informed by manufacturer). Also, Bzboyz contacted me by phone to purchas a 2 year extended warranty in addition to the included 1 year manufacturers retail warranty. I agreed and was charged for it. (on approx. 12) which should extend the warranty to 2006 but was told that my warranty expired 12. After four months of attempting to deal with retailer and explaining all of this to them i filed a report with their local better business bureau. Was told to wait 3 weeks for a reply. 3 weeks past still no reply. So now working on 4 months from the onset of my initial request.

(addendum) was told by the manufacturer that they made a mother board almost identical with a seperate chipset that ran exceptionally well with the equipment i wanted to run on the original board. Bzboys sells this board on their site, i suggested an exchange of the defective for this board since the price difference was actually less than i paid for the original board. This was not acceptable to them.
