Bad service, Misinformed sales reps - Dell

Contacted two sales representative of Dell upon two separate occassions to confirm before taking delivery that my Dell Studio XPS 8000 had the ability to play TV upon the computer. First instance was via chat on the web with sales representative on Dell site. After half hour wait, get sales representative who states that this model does play tv. Later, I decided to confirm this by phone. I spent four hours on hold on the phone and was transferred multiple times before talking to a sales representative. This sales representative assured me that the ability to view tv was a feature of this computer model. Order was placed. Suppose to arrive by Christmas. Get note order delayed till after Christmas... No rebates or apologies for delay. As someone in wheelchair, had someone dismantle old computer to set up Dell computer recieved. It had NO TV card. Contact sales rep online again, and this time i am told that there is no tv card for computer. Call to return computer. On hold multiple hours and then am disconnected. Finally, several more hours later, get return department.initially tries to get me to accept a thirty-five dollar credit to accept missing hundred plus missing tv tuner card.insist on returning and i am told is a 15% restocking fee on computer that i didn't order. Agrees to waive fee, but i am still very unhappy... Now have no computer to use, and I am out shipping and handling not to mention many hours of time to resolve this. This is not a satisfactory way to handle a company. I've already posted my ordeal in several blogs and reviews and plan to suggest to someone who purchases large quantities of computers to look elsewhere when their company upgrades to Windows 7.
