Thanks for nothing! - Alienware M17X

So, I bought an Alienware M17X I thought the money i spent would guarantee me a great computer and easy upgrading. Well, I upgraded to Windows 7 and My computer was purchased before they offered the Windows 7 upgrade for free, I was ok with that, seeing that my school offered it for only $30.

I upgraded and my graphics card wasn't supported, yet the newer version of the computer supported Hybrid graphics. I called for help and was put on the phone with someone from technical support, though he didn't seem to know what he was doing, then he sent me to another person. The second guy, was going to help me if I paid, he wouldn't even talk to me about my problem until he got $49.99 out of me so he could share the "little secret" to getting my computer to work. I bought the warranty for a reason. I am never buying a dell product again, and I will never tell my friends to even look at your company for products. Your service is horrible, your company doesn't even act like it cares if it retains customers. Your products are over priced. They aren't upgradeable like they are advertised as. I waisted an hour on the phone talking to so called "customer service, " i am a college student preparing for finals, you should be a little more willing to help with out asking for more money.
