Operating system - Inspiron 530 desktop pc

My dell inspiron530 with windows xp operating system runs crappy I feel that the operating system Is a illegal copy as it does not run correctly even after a fresh install I have had this problem since day 1 and am on my second tower originally bought in june after 5 attempts to fresh install from dells disc that came with pc then complained relentlessly to dell they finally gave in and sent me another tower but still having same problem with operating system I believe that dell does not know how to build pc's and should stick to training camels
