I gor a ASUS notebook from buy.com in September and that I had a probelm using the notebook i approached the maker inside the a few months of the purchase and that I was informed the warranty had terminated where-as the notebook had 12 months guarantee. On enquiry the maker explained the notebook was per year old and was authorized in 2008. They explained might be it had been a restored device offered by Buy.com. I'm today attempting to keep in touch with Buy.com repetitions on telephone to obtain a reimbursement because they had offered a refurbished notebook as new and billed me cost for brand new.
