Frustrating experience

I can't put in terms how disappointed I'm. I purchased a Dell notebook in 2005 and 14 days out-of guarantee, anything within the motherboard turn off. I taken care of a brand new notebook given that they declined to repair it because it was allegedly from guarantee. I'd to buy a brand new notebook, presumably in a reduced price since I have did keep in touch with more than 30 repetitions attempting to possibly get a substitute or get my previous mounted. I named every single day for more than 2 weeks!!! And my computer, after I settled, returned twice in my experience unfixed. After I obtained a brand new notebook, I'd dropped my work since my drive wasn't salvageable and that I didn't have use of a PC more than 2 weeks!!! Did they care? Was I compensted? Hell no. I really could not think that they constantly delivered the notebook back again to me within the same situation despite I'd settled Dell. I had been soooooo discouraged... And of course all dell providers were in possibly Asia or Europe... They'd no respect for my problem. Today, 3 months later I'm having difficulties with this notebook where they just supplied me with test intervals for that providers I'd originally taken care of and that I don't have use of the files for function. Another work eliminated!!! I've named 4 occasions with no you have delivered my phone. I taken care of many of these functions. Significantly, do not purchase Dell products, they might provide a shit whether you're pleased or pissed. They've no customer support plus they consider any issue gently. Wish this can help people since this evaluation was to alert others.
