Ripoff multi level marketing scam, RIPOFF, liars, theiving scam artists, cult

This is the biggest, recent multi level marketing scam that should be made known to the public and not hidden any longer. I took a job with Worthy Marketing Group here in Jacksonville. I should have NEVER accepted it.

Since then, I have been lied to, cheated, and emotionally scarred, up until i quit recently. Worthy Marketing Group is a subsidiary of the umbrella corporation Cydcor. There are offices like Worthy marketing Group all over the country. Cydcor makes money off of each of these offices and the managers of each office make money off the people that they promote out their offices to run another office, as well as make money off of all the reps in each office. They claim to be a marketing firm working for fortune 500 clients while training their reps in a management training program. All of the other reports on this company and Cydcor are so true.

I've been lied to, cheated, and brainwashed by this business cult that is controlled by money-hungry, brainwashed managers. They do coerce their employees to lie. And this company definately preys on recently graduate students. They think we're not smart enough to realize what's going on. I was working 13-14 hour days and they try to isolate you from your family and friends by having "team nights" and meetings outside the office. The company witholds your pay and gives you false hope. Cydcor preys on inexperienced managers and gobbles up the profits. The pay next to nothing. I was told i would make between 300-500$ a week. My first check for a week for over 60 hours was 125$. They pay strictly commision when legally they should be paying at least minimum wage beacuse the reps are not independant contractors. Many "large" orders where the rep would get 500-600$ in personal profit get mysteriously cancelled. For example one of mine mysteriously "got cancelled" and said it was because information could not be verified.

Also, when you make "leader" and are training new hire reps, you are forced to pay them out of your own pocket from your commision. They utilize militaristic mind tricks to manipulate under-confident students to join in their ring, and continualy deliver false promises. IE: If you spend your OWN money to take a trip to another city to sell then we will give you a week of interviews to build your team - and that DOESN'T happen. They can't handle confrontation. They do not care about their employees at all and actively rely on a high turnover rate. I was cheated out of over 1200$ in pay and was not compensated for the almost 20$ in gas I put in my car everyday. Large corporations like Quill Office Supplies, Sprint, AT&T, who have used Cydcor to outsource marketing reps will have their reputations ruined by their involvement with Cydcor if they continue it.

I think it's funny how people in the business, some for a very long time go from saying that they will be millionares in 5 years and being so happy to all of a sudden quitting the business. Many things didn't set right with me about this company. Mainly, how could the manager of the office claim / and be talked about making so much money as a manager and "all eyes were on him" when he drives a sh*ty car and lives in an apartment with at least 2 other people, who are also in the business.

I'm ashamed that as a "leader" I was coerced into lying to other people and trying to continue this business. I'm glad I got out and I hope others don't fall into the same trap. I wished I NEVER would have gotten involved.
