Not recieved my product after 5 months of payments

On April of I transferred $99 bucks and decided to create a $39 buck cost once per week for12 weeks to get a notebook. They created a variety of guarantees concerning the item and five 5 weeks later, I still don't have my notebook. I needed the notebook for my children for school or before they looked college. Sadly for me personally and also the children, we didn't obtain it. How do I get my notebook out of this organization?
