Ripoff say no refund edited taped conversation no physical address did not receive what I understood would be receiving

I was approached by this company to get a visa card with a credit limit of $2500. My understanding was that there would be a one time fee of $299. I was not going to do this, but the sales person "Ann" said that I could easily get the $300 back from the credit card.

I was leary of this and put off paying the amount from January when they first contacted me to April. Then in April the money was credited to my bank account.

I received applications for credit cards and other discount items but no visa card.

Sent back the items. Called to inquiry about my refund and was told I would not be receiving one because I had received "exactly what was explained to you while placing your order" and this was recorded and verified.

I argued that it was not what I understood and I wanted my money back. I sent the material back and they received it May 6 at 8:09 A.M.

Still no refund. I plan to call back again on Monday, May 10 and see if they will give me my money back.
