Paid $70 for Diagnosis Then Computer Sat Untouched for Eight Days

Can't say what they did because they did nothing. My computer crashed so I took it to Geek Squad in Altoona. Had the privilege of paying $70 for them to tell me it wouldn't boot up. No shit, that's why it was there. After 8 days I called to find out they didn't even get to it. I went up and took it home. Paid someone else a small fee to get it working. Geek Squad is worthless. A bunch of kids that have no real skills. I will never use them again and I will never shop at best buy again since they support this bunch of dorks. Save your money. If you have a problem, find someone local in the yellow pages. Geek Squad wants your money and could care less about your problem
