I bought a HP Pavilion dv4000 notebook about 24 months previously for $1100, completely new.inside a year I began having efficiency difficulties with my equipment. I had been under warranty then. But now, I'm having difficulties with my drive once more. I named horsepower, talked to a couple reps and administrators who not just didn't empathize using the big-picture, but none could provide me a telephone number to some scenario supervisor, or government's office. All of them were constantly informing me they apologize, are sorry, etc. It actually seemed just like a programmatic strategy. After I requested for names and places, I had been just provided first titles. Atleast 4 repetitions all requested me for that same info including sequential numbers every time that I named exactly the same evening!!! I had been on-hold to get a scenario supervisor, simply to discover that I had been moved back again to something consultant, who subsequently explained that event supervisors didn't focus on the weekend and run m f 8-5pm PST?

They wanted me to obviously spend $49.99 to get a 14-day guarantee to provide me my specific item key for my laptop? Again, not taking a look at the big-picture in general with me having so much trouble using the item for that first-year.

What's getting of horsepower client service.? I've a house and workplace eaten with numerous HP products, which have completed me very well through the years. This product disappointment is definitely an issue, although not around the ill-trained support that I've been getting into mention of the product. When they had effective, successful methods in position with well-trained reps, the complex problems could be exercised precisely. Without that stunning, knowledge support in position, so far as I'm worried, it's time for me personally to displace my HP products and provide another product-line an opportunity. I'm saddened and dissatisfied by this whole bad support expertise.
